  • Briefing on Key Selection Criteria

    The partnership begins at the briefing stage.  Here we embark upon the process of understanding our client’s purpose, business goals and culture, combined with the specification of the person sought.  At this stage, we can advice on current market trends, salary/package expectations and likely challenges facing the project.

    Through over 25 years of experiences in MNCs provides us with an invaluable network embedded in clients’ areas of interest.  A diverse approach and its strategy can be developed to supplement a search.

  • Screen & Interview

    Our in-depth screening process allows us to develop an understanding of candidates, their strengths, weaknesses and motivation.  We will, location permitting, endeavor to meet each suitable candidates.  We employ competency-based assessment when appropriate.  Our process reliably ensures that candidates’ credentials meet our clients’ requirement.  Primary HR has an expert knowledge of what employers specially require in candidates.  Candidates undergo a comprehensive screening process in order to determine their personality, confidence levels, skills and experience.  The screening process will determine which specific employer and respective position are a perfect match for the candidate.

  • Matrix Options

    We compile synopsis of candidate profiles, highlighting the key selection criteria to the position in order to provide a clear and concise analysis of potential candidates prior to submitting a shortlist.

  • Shortlist Interview

    Within an agreed period of time, we will select a shortlist of suitable candidates.  A profile of each candidate will be provided together with the consultant’s assessment.  Where appropriate, informal references can be taken.

  • Formal Offers

    Once the preferred candidate is selected, we will assist, if required, with this, often sensitive stage.

  • Appointment

    We will continue to maintain contact with the selected candidate up to and beyond his or hers commencement with an integration into our client’s company.
