    Apart from an expert knowledge of the talent available around global business, Primary HR people have five crucial assets:
•	The first is empathy, an instinctive understanding of what the Client really wants, even if at times they don’t fully know themselves – an ability to really listen to what is and sometimes what is not said
•	The second is diligence, to examine and re-examine every possible solution, being thorough, yet also creative
•	The third is honesty, with the courage and sensitivity to give both Clients and Candidates, straight, candid and crucially constructive feedback
•	The fourth is a sense of fun. This is essential in a people business, people are its only product, and people work better when they enjoy themselves
•	The fifth is passion.  As a team, we share a common belief that we really can make a difference to our Clients’ businesses and our Candidates’ lives

Prior to Primary HR, he spent over 25 years in corporate management with leading global ITs and pharmaceutical companies that enables him to understand the challenges of corporate clients of MNCs.  JW has worked with Dimension Data, Hitachi Data Systems, Cadence Design Systems, Sun Microsystems, Digital Equipments Corp and Abbott Laboratories.
